Cereal with fruit purée


For babies from 6 months-old

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe apricot
  • 1 ripe peach
  • 1 golden apple
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • baby milk

Preparation: 

Peel and remove seeds from the fruits. Cut them into pieces. Cook it for about 10 minutes with enough water.
Drain it and turn blend it into purée. Let it cool.
Mix the rice flour with the milk and add the mashed fruit.
Wrap it until you get a velvety cream and serve immediately.
