Chicken with watercress purée


For babies from 6 months-old

Ingredients:

  • 50g leek
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 100g chicken breast
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 potato
  • 50g watercress

Preparation: 

Remove the outer layer of the leek, cut into thin slices and sauté it in olive oil for about 3 minutes.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and add to the leek and sauté until colour changes.
Add the potato and carrots, peeled and cut in samll cubes, the watercress leaves and enough water to cover it.
Cook for about 20 minutes and reduce to puréee.
