Macedonian vegetable cream


For babies from 6 months-old

Ingredients:

  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 60g leek
  • 250g sweet potato
  • 50g eggplant
  • 100g macedonian frozen vegetables

Preparation: 

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil with the leek cut into thin slices and sauté for about 2 minutes.
Peel sweet potato and eggplant and cut into small pieces. Add to the leek.
Add the frozen vegetables, cover it with boiling water and let it to cook for about 20 minutes.
Reduce to purée and serve warm.
