Drink a glass of water first thing in the morning, then set 3 alarms throughout the day to remind you to drink water at work.

Mix 2 tbsp of dry oatmeal with one tablespoon of natural yogurt and a little honey. Apply to your face and leave for 10 minutes. Wash off to reveal a softer, smoother skin.

Rosehip oil is excellent to diminish scars and get rid of dry skin. Rub directly on to problem areas twice a day, or add to you facial moisturizer.
