Grapefruit in a spicy wine marinade


Serves 4
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

4 pink grapefruits
4 tbsp white wine
1/4 tbsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tbsp ground pistacchio

Preparation:

Slice the grapefruit or separate in segments and place it with any juice in a shallow serving dish.
Mix the wine and spices together and pour over the grapefruit. Cover and leave to marinate for at least 4 hours.
Heat gently and serve warm.

Tips:

Delicious with Greek yoghurt, rice pudding or custard.
