If you answer YES to several of these questions then your body needs help.

Our body although perfect in design was never designed for what we subject it to. We ,ive in a very polluted environment, our food, drinks, and even the air we breathe are all contaminated with chemicals. Eventually the body has such a build up of toxins, that its' own cleansing system becomes stressed and cannot work efficiently.
Our liver has a dual blood supply: the hepatic artery bringing freshly oxygenated blood from the heart and the portal vein that brings blood from the stomach and intestines which are supposedly laden with nutrients from our food.
The hepatic artery and portal vein enter the liver together and divide into branches to supply the left and the right lobes of the liver. Once inside the liver these blood vessels keep dividing further, bringing blood to every part of the liver. They eventually empty into microscopic spaces between the rows of liver cells. These spaces are vitally important for liver cleansing and nourishment. Special cells line them. The most amazing of these cells are called the Kupffer cell, which are highly specialized and are not easy to replace. The Kupffer cells are the trash collection service of the liver; they are mobile and look somewhat like a tiny octopus and travel around cleansing up th eblood and lymphatic fluid inside the sinusoid. Kupffer cells engulf and ingest dead cells, cancer cells, yeast, viruses, bacteria parasites, artificial chemicals, incompletely digested or denatured proteins and dangerous foreign particles.

Once the Kupffer cell has its dangerous victim ingested, it chews it up with enzymes. If Kupffer cells are worked to hard for too long, they become over load with toxins, so that the task of keeping our blood stream clean is not achieved. In such cases many different symptoms of poor health may occur, especially allergies, headaches and chronic fatigue.
It is important to detoxify using correctly balanced supplements to aid the body in its own body cleansing service.
We are no longer getting enough nutrients, vitamins and minerals from our food to help and protect the liver, which is working very hard to protect us from the various problems that affect us.
Toxin overload coupled with stress is linked to many of the illnesses and diseases that we suffer from.
Your body and its wellbeing is your own responsibility. Its far better to use preventive measures than to continually treat symptoms.
Learn to listen to your body and take care of it. You are not easily replaced!
