Lamb kebabs

Ingredients:

750g boneless lamb chops, cut into bite.sized pieces

For the marinade:

2-3  chopped shallots
1 tsp garlic purée
2 tsp mixed herbs
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
juice of 2 limes
4 tbsp olive oil

Preparation:

Place the lamb in a shallow  dish with the mixed marinade ingredients and leave for about 3 hours.
Then thread onto 8 skewers, season and barbecue (or cook under a hot grill) for 10 minutes, turning.
Serve with Fruity pilaf.
