Ingredients:
1 garlic clove
1 tsp tarragon
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
2 tbsp chives, chopped
2 tsp capers
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
pinch of freshly ground sea salt
150 ml olive oil
Preparation:
Blend all the ingredients except the oil. Add the oil very carefully, a little at a time, until the mixture emulsifies, then slowly add the rest of the oil. Serve with cooked vegetables.
