Travel calmers


They say travel broadens the mind, but unfortunately, for some people it contracts the mind into a series of worries: will the car break down? is the plane safe? will I be sick?... if you are a anxious traveler, try using one of the following essential oils to calm the mind and stomach, letting you enjoy the delights of new horizons without being stressed by how to reach them.

Peppermint, Mandarin or Neroli

  1. Put a couple of drops of essential oil on a tissue
  2. Hold the tissue under the nose and lean the head slightly forward. Inhale.
The simplest way to use essential oils when traveling is to put a couple of drops on to a tissue or handkerchief, and smell them frequently.
