Frozen berries smoothie


Serves 1

Ingredients:

100 ml fresh cream
100 ml plain yoghurt
100 ml coconut cream (optional)
100 ml sparkling or natural water
100 ml frozen berries
4 - 8 almonds (optional)
1/2 vanilla pod seeds
5 ice cubes


Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
Pour into a tall glass and serve.
