Lamb soup with pear


For babies from 6 months-old

Ingredients:

  • 30g lamb meat
  • 1 thick slice of pumpkin
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 ripe pear
  • olive oil
  • coriander leaves

Preparation: 

Clean well the lamb to make sure there is no bones in it. Put it to cook in boiling water and let it cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the vegetables and add it to the meat. Reduce the heat and simmer.
When it's almost done, add the pear and coriander leaves and simmer for 5 minutes.
Blend it well and add a drizzle of olive oil.
