Quick and crispy artichoke hearts


Ingredientes:
  • 250g frozen artichokes, defrosted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 lemon juice
Preparation:

Heat the oil in a shallow pan. Add the artichokes and cook on medium high until nicely browned.
Sprinkle with salt and lemon juice.
You can serve this dish hot, cold or room temperature. It's delicious any which way.
