Cheesy broccoli pasta

Serves 4

Ingredients:

300g broccoli florets
500g fresh egg pasta shells
350g fresh quattro fromaggio sauce
50g toasted flaked almonds

Preparation:

Bring a pan of salted water to the boil. Cook the broccoli into water and salt or steam.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in a separate pan according to pack instructions.
Empty the quattro fromaggio sauce into a pan and heat gently without boiling.
Drain the pasta and stir in the broccoli with the sauce.
Sprinkle with the almonds.
Serve with a mixed salad and warm focaccia bread.
