Ingredients:
1 kg ripe tomatoes, sliced
4 tbsp fresh wild marjoram, chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
6 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Arrange the tomatoes on a large plate and sprinkle with marjoram, garlic, olive oil, vinegar and salt and pepper.
