Mai Tai


Ingredients:

15 ml orange curaçao
60 ml orange juice
15 ml lime juice
dash orgeat
dash simple syrup
30 ml light rum
30 ml dark rum

Preparation:

Stir together orange curaçao, orange juice, lime juice, orgeat and simple syrup.
Pour in a glass and add ice.
Layer the rums; first, the light rum followed by the dark rum.
Enjoy your Mai Tai!
