For babies from 6 months-old
Ingredients:
- 100g veal
- 1 spoon olive oil
- 50g onion
- 3 spoons of rice
- 50g carrots
- 50g turnip leaves
Preparation:
Cook the veal in water.
In a pan, add olive oil and onion, peeled and thinly sliced, and let it cook in medium heat until onion is transparent.
Add the rice, the carrots peeled and cut in cubes and the turnip leaves.
Shred the veal and add it to the other ingredients.
Simmer for 5 minutes and reduce everything to a purée.
