- Measure the height and circumference of your tin, adding 1 cm to the latter. Mark these dimensions onto your chosen paper and cut out the shape.
- Paint the surface of your pot with all-in-one glue and sealer, ensuring a thin, even coat.
- Carefully place the paper on top and smooth it out. Apply more glue to the overlap to secure it down. Leave to dry for around 20 minutes.
- You can leave your tins at this stage if you prefer a more rustic look. Or, for a hard-wearing finish, apply more coats of glue over the top the paper, allowing it to dry between each one.
- If the paper wrinkles, start again and spray it with fixative before sticking down, or leave without a top coat.
