Ingredients:
60 ml light rum
15 ml lime juice
30 ml Creme de Cassis
1 teaspoon super fine sugar
6-8 strawberries, hulled
crushed ice
Preparation:
Mix rum, lime juice, Creme de Cassis, sugar, strawberries and crushed ice in a blender; mix well.
Pour into a large stemmed glass and garnish with a whole strawberry.
Tips:
For a pineapple daiquiri, substitute Creme de Cassis for Cointreau and the strawberries for 120ml pineaaple juice.
For a banana daiquiri, use banana liqueur and a banana.
